Alessandro Michele’s latest Valentino Pre-Fall 2025 collection, presented at the brand’s Milan showroom, showcases meticulous craftsmanship while establishing new creative territory for the legendary Roman fashion house.
The presentation showcased Michele’s distinctive approach through meticulously constructed pieces that fuse historical references with contemporary appeal. His collection featured remarkable details: pussybow shirts paired with flowing ruffled skirts, embroidered waistcoats next to fringed suede jackets, and refined bouclé sets that spoke to a sophisticated sensibility.
Michele introduced fresh brand signatures, including the Chez Valentino logo and the Panther 60 motif, which pays homage to the house’s founding year. Whimsical elements were added to the collection’s accessories – grumpy cat brooches adorned blazers, while pug motifs appeared on knit vests and silk separates.
The daywear selection revealed 1960s influences through trapeze silhouettes and shift dresses, complemented by the striking Opti-cool print – an innovative take on traditional houndstooth patterns. Sophisticated silk shirt dresses featured enchanting cherry prints, while leopard-print trench coats nodded to Valentino’s jet-set heritage.
Of particular note was the eveningwear segment, which previewed Michele‘s upcoming couture debut.
