Y-3, the groundbreaking collaboration between adidas and Yohji Yamamoto, made a spectacular comeback to the Paris fashion scene for Spring/Summer 2025. After a five-and-a-half-year hiatus from the catwalk, the brand chose the iconic Salle Pleyel theater as the backdrop for its latest menswear collection. This highly anticipated show demonstrated Y-3’s continued ability to elevate luxury athleisure to new heights.
The Spring/Summer 2025 collection revolves around three key design concepts: aeration, reflex, and superposition. These principles, inspired by adidas’ signature three stripes, were skillfully woven throughout the garments. The result is a cohesive lineup that seamlessly blends technical sportswear with refined tailoring.

Y-3 continues to push the boundaries of sportswear by incorporating cutting-edge fabrics and construction techniques. Mesh fabrics are reimagined as streetwear, while loosely quilted adiZero squares add texture and movement to tailored pieces. The collection showcases the brand’s expertise in merging high-performance materials with luxurious design elements.

The Y-3 Regu, a modern interpretation of the original low-profile shoe from the Yamamoto-adidas collaboration, made its debut Additionally, the iconic adidas Superstar received a futuristic makeover with the introduction of the Y-3 Zodai in three distinct variations.
