Prada has opened two exclusive boutiques at Bâoli Dubai, marking a significant expansion within the upscale J1 Beach development and becoming the only fashion label to join the lifestyle offering at this exclusive seaside club.
Bâoli, the luxury dining and hospitality company with successful locations in Miami and Cannes, has chosen Dubai for its first venture into a beach club concept. The J1 Beach development features culinary and entertainment hotspots such as the petal-shaped Sun Deck, the Sunset Lounge and the hidden Moon Room speakeasy, offering visitors a unique and exclusive experience.
The two boutiques, which feature oval architecture and Prada’s signature triangular patterns, present an elegant sand-toned exterior that blends in with the coastal environment. The first space, dedicated to leather accessories, spans 538 square feet (164 m²) and welcomes visitors with a sophisticated pastel green interior complemented by authentic bamboo furnishings and wooden display shelves.
Adjacent is the larger 753 square feet (230 m²) boutique, which houses the ready-to-wear and footwear collections. Both spaces feature meticulous attention to detail, incorporating design elements that pay homage to 1950s Italian craftsmanship while maintaining a contemporary appeal.
The boutiques join Prada‘s existing portfolio in Dubai, which includes successful locations in Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. This expansion strengthens the brand’s regional presence while demonstrating its willingness to explore unconventional retail spaces.
