Philipp Plein‘s Fall/Winter 2024 collection was a high-octane display of signature Plein flash and flesh, featuring live music and a daring runway set.
The collection leaned heavily on black and silver sparkles, with everything from boots and jeans to miniskirts and floor-length coats glistening under the lights. Sequined biker jackets and crystal-fringed miniskirt suits channeled a rock-and-roll vibe, while evening gowns featured daring slits and peek-a-boo elements.

Plein also introduced a wider-leg trouser silhouette for both men and women, hinting at a move towards a more relaxed aesthetic. A luxurious butterscotch corduroy suit and an oversized white varsity jacket offered a welcome respite from the glitz, showcasing the brand’s versatility.
Philipp Plein emphasized his intention to expand his womenswear offering and create a more unified brand experience. He plans to implement a single theme and color palette across both genders, even showcasing them together in stores. This reflects his observation of women shopping the men’s section, indicating a potential shift towards a more gender-fluid approach.
The designer’s playful personality shone through, from his pre-show outfit change to the energetic performances by Italian punk and hip-hop groups. Even the show’s location, the Allianz Cloud arena, hinted at Philipp Plein’s penchant for the unconventional.
