The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has announced the official schedule for Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025, with an impressive line-up of 70 shows and 38 presentations from September 23rd to October 1st.

One of the most anticipated events is Alessandro Michele’s debut runway show for Valentino on September 29th, following the surprise release of his first Cruise 2025 (Resort 2025) collection lookbook in June.

While Maison Margiela is conspicuously absent from the runway schedule amid rumors of Creative director John Galliano’s possible departure, the brand plans to host an event on September 30th, with details to be announced. Off-White, another highly anticipated brand, will show its collection in New York this season.

The Spring/Summer 2025 season marks the return of several prominent designers to the Paris Fashion Week stage. Gabriela Hearst, who last showed in Paris in October 2020, is back on the schedule, as is Ludovic de Saint Sernin after a season in New York. Y/Project returns after skipping the Fall/Winter 2024 season to focus on investments, while Christopher Esber, the 2024 Andam Prize winner, joins Heliot Emil and Aigle on the presentation calendar. Newcomers Alainpaul and Niccolò Pasqualetti, an LVMH Prize finalist, add fresh talent to the lineup.

Chanel’s first ready-to-wear show since the departure of Virginie Viard will be designed by the studio and presented on October 1st. Similarly, Dries Van Noten’s collection will be designed by the studio following the designer’s departure in June. Other returning highlights include Dior, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Loewe, Chloé, Balmain, Alexander McQueen, Hermès, The Row and Victoria Beckham. Louis Vuitton will close the official calendar on October 1st, while Coperni plans an off-calendar show at Disneyland that evening.
