The fourth collaboration between Melissa and Y/Project has arrived, introducing the avant-garde Court Clog and expanding the color palette of the popular Court Point Mule. The Brazilian-French partnership began in 2020.
Featured in Y/Project’s Fall/Winter 2024 lookbook, which draws inspiration from the Victorian era, the Court Clog makes a bold statement with their intricate detailing and hand-crafted aesthetic. The 100% PVC platform clogs are available in four stunning colors: classic black, dreamy light blue, a translucent clear/white, and a rich brown with bold bronze accents. The open-back design adds a modern twist to the traditional clog silhouette for style and comfort.
In addition to the debut of the Court Clog, Melissa x Y/Project has also introduced new colorways of the fan-favorite Court Point Mule. Known for their intricate textured pattern, these kitten heeled mules are now available in light blue and pink transparent options, perfect for adding a pop of color to any ensemble.
The campaign, shot in the heart of Paris by talented photographer Arnaud Lajeunie, captures the essence of the collaboration – a fusion of Brazilian and French design sensibilities. Complementing the stills are captivating videos by Luthfi Darwis that bring the shoes to life and showcase their unique details.
As with all Melissa shoes, the Court Clog and Court Point Mule are made with the brand’s signature recyclable PVC, ensuring both comfort and sustainability.
