Vogue US closes out 2024 with the appointment of Marc Jacobs as its first-ever guest editor. The iconic American designer brought Kaia Gerber to the forefront as the cover star on three collectible covers. Styled in Jacobs’ Fall/Winter 2024 collection, Gerber is photographed by the legendary Steven Meisel for the first and second covers, while the third features a unique painted portrait by Canadian artist Anna Weyant, adding an artistic touch to the issue.
The cover story continues the Marc Jacobs theme, with fashion editor Grace Coddington selecting additional designs from the collection. Guido Palau’s hairstyling, Pat McGrath’s make-up artistry and Jin Soon Choi’s manicures complete Gerber’s polished look. Behind the scenes, Mary Howard works on set design and production by PRODn.
