South Korean designer and fashion pioneer Juun.J teams up with Puma once again to reimagine the iconic Puma Speedcat sneaker. After working on the Plexus sneaker last year, Juun.J brings his unique touch to his second partnership with Puma.
The new Puma x Juun.J Speedcat comes in both high-top and low-top versions, each featuring a modern design and dark color scheme. The sneaker features an armor-like upper with reworked lines that sharply define the toe box. The Puma Formstrip has undulating contours that add texture to the shoe. Embossed logos appear on the toe and upper, and the high-top version features Juun.J branding on the strap closure. The outsole features tire-inspired tread patterns, reflecting the Speedcat’s heritage in motorsports and Formula 1 racing.
Accompanying visuals depict two futuristic protagonists racing across the dark side of the moon wearing the collaborative Speedcat.
