The Heytea x Alexander Wang collaboration marks another fashion partnership for the popular Chinese bubble tea brand, following previous successful ventures with luxury houses.
The limited-time offering can be found at Wang‘s flagship store at 103 Grand Street in New York through May 31st. Heytea’s recognizable tea-drinking cartoon mascot has been reimagined with Wang’s signature flowing black hair, sipping tea in the brand’s signature pose.

Founded in Shenzhen in 2012, Heytea has built its reputation on innovative offerings such as frothy cheese tea and fresh fruit tea. The brand has recently expanded internationally, opening approximately 20 U.S. locations in addition to stores in fashion capitals such as London and New York.
The partnership reflects both brands’ shared passion for striking, minimalist design. Heytea explained that this project fuses fashion and tea culture, capturing the vibrant spirit of New York. They aim to inspire new fans and show that tea can be as fresh and exciting as high-end style.
Customers can enjoy two specialty beverages created specifically for this partnership. The innovative Metabloom combines trendy superfoods such as chia seed, kale and yerba mate, finished with a distinctive smoky bubble. For those who prefer something more traditional, the Black Grape Boom features freshly hand-peeled black grapes paired with a jasmine green tea base.

This Heytea x Alexander Wang collaboration also includes exclusive merchandise, including a rivet-shaped tea canister and a black silicone tote bag, available in limited quantities.
This isn’t Heytea‘s first foray into high-profile partnerships. Last year, the brand collaborated with Fendi to create a pop-up cafe in Beijing’s Hutong alleyways, which garnered over one million views on Chinese social platform Xiaohongshu. Previous partnerships include streetwear legend Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment label and renowned artist Yayoi Kusama.
