Swatch x Omega continues to build its playful yet serious legacy with the new MISSION TO EARTHPHASE – MOONSHINE GOLD, a timepiece that deepens the MOONSWATCH collection’s fascination with lunar and planetary themes. The collaboration that shook the watch world in 2022 shows no signs of slowing down; this new model brings a poetic touch to accessible horology.
The MISSION TO EARTHPHASE – MOONSHINE GOLD is the third watch in a series celebrating full moons. Inspired by the Hunter’s Moon, it will be available exclusively from October 7th to October 21st, 2025 – from the full moon to the new moon – in select Swatch boutiques worldwide. This timing, tied to the lunar cycle, reinforces the whimsical yet thoughtful concept that defines this ongoing partnership.
Swatch’s innovation remains at the heart of this creation. The case, crown, and pushers are crafted from navy blue bioceramic, a unique brand material that blends ceramic with biosourced elements derived from castor oil. The 42 mm case is 13.75 mm thick with a lug-to-lug height of 47.3 mm — proportions that echo the recognizable form of the OMEGA Speedmaster. It is water resistant up to 3 bar, suitable for daily wear.

Purchase limits apply to all Bioceramic MOONSWATCH models, restricting buyers to one watch per person, per day, per boutique. The MISSION TO EARTHPHASE – MOONSHINE GOLD model follows that same policy during its two-week availability window this October. The model reference is SO33N703L. Swatch introduced the Earthphase complication in 2023 as a creative reversal of traditional Moonphase displays. While standard moonphase complications show lunar cycles from Earth’s perspective, the Earthphase indicator presents Earth’s phases from the Moon’s viewpoint. This poetic interpretation aligns with the heritage of the Speedmaster MOONSWATCH, connecting to humanity’s achievements in lunar exploration. The Snoopy illustrations reference Omega‘s “Silver Snoopy Award” history. NASA astronauts awarded Omega this honor in recognition of the brand’s contributions to space program safety. Peanuts characters have appeared on limited-edition Omega Speedmasters, so their inclusion on MOONSWATCH variants is a natural extension of that relationship.
