The partnership between Yohji Yamamoto Pour Homme and M/M (Paris) evolves for Spring/Summer 2025. This collaboration continues their artistic dialogue following their work on the Fall/Winter 2024 catalog “Perspective Libre“.
M/M (Paris) founders Mathias Augustyniak and Michaël Amzalag brought their signature vision to life through garments that double as canvases.
Nine limited-edition pieces – jackets, shirts and pants – make up the capsule. Each is adorned with graphic works based on “imaginary furniture,” a theme first explored in their previous collaboration. Techniques such as printing, discharge and appliqué add depth to the collection, transforming fabric into sculptural statements.
The capsule debuted in a pop-up installation at The Stage in Tokyo’s Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Building from April 23rd-29th. The space offered an immersive look at the collection before a second pop-up arrives in Kyoto. In addition to Japan, select Yohji Yamamoto flagship stores in Paris, London and New York will carry a limited number of pieces.
