Usher steps into the spotlight as the face of Skims Mens’ latest campaign to coincide with the release of his ninth studio album, ‘’Coming Home.’’
Usher’s involvement with Skims Mens was announced prior to his Super Bowl LVIII halftime show performance, marking a significant moment for both the artist and the brand. The campaign, shot by Donna Trope, features Usher in the brand’s stretch and cotton collections, known for their ultra-soft textures and comfortable fits. Adding a fresh twist to the line are four new colorways: Stone, Midnight Blue, Military and Oxblood, expanding the palette for the modern man.
Usher, who expressed his excitement for the collaboration, emphasized the synergy between his music and Skims’ ethos. “Kim’s been a longtime friend of mine who’s always been so supportive of my work, so the opportunity to collaborate together on a campaign that supports both of our highly anticipated launches made total sense,” he said. The partnership also offers fans a special limited edition digital download of “Coming Home” available exclusively on the Skims website. This version features an alternate cover art and an additional track, “Naked,” to enhance the album experience for Usher’s audience. The special edition will be available on the Skims website during the first week of the album’s release, beginning February 8th at 9 p.m. PT.
