Jun Takahashi, the designer of Undercover, was back in Paris after more than two years of absence due to the pandemic. And, he missed the French capital: “I wanted to make something really emotional, because my emotion for Paris has been piling up these three years”.
He conveyed that emotion in a collection that was full of cool, covetable clothes, with jeans riding high, high-shine satin bomber jackets complete with bows tied on the rear, bib tuxedo shirts paired with loose jeans or black slacks, t-shirts with the words ‘’Love’’, ‘’Dream’’ or ‘’Angel’’, fluid pantsuits and their multiple wounds ringed with frothy lace and small fabric flowers.
