Spanish music star Rosalía has been unveiled as Dior‘s newest global ambassador, and she’s celebrating her new role with a stunning debut in the Lady Dior campaign. Shot by renowned photographer Collier Schorr, the campaign showcases Rosalía’s undeniable charisma and unique style, perfectly complementing the timeless elegance of the iconic Lady Dior handbag.
Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior’s Creative director of Womenswear, was immediately captivated by Rosalía’s music and her dedication as a musician and producer. “I was especially fascinated by how this young artist was able to reinterpret and reactivate the sounds and clothing associated with flamenco, transposing them to a more modern and contemporary framework,” she said.
For the Dior Cruise 2023 show in Seville, Spain, the designer chose selections from ”El Mal Querer,” Rosalia’s second studio album.
At the Met Gala last May 6th, Rosalía stunned in a haute couture black wool and silk bustier top and skirt with a long train, accessorized with a graphic veil headdress designed by Stephen Jones and styled by Carlos Nazario.

In the Lady Dior campaign, Rosalía appears in a series of understated, timeless looks, including a black suit, white shirt, beige trench coat and white beaded evening gown. The minimalist setting, with only a microphone as a prop, allows Rosalía’s natural charm and Lady Dior’s enduring style to take center stage.
The Lady Dior, originally launched in 1995, is closely associated with Princess Diana, for whom it is named, and has previously been represented by actresses such as Marion Cotillard. More recently, Dior featured a number of friends of the brand – including ambassadors Jisoo, Jennifer Lawrence and Anya Taylor-Joy – in a campaign for a spin-off handbag style called Lady 95.22.
