For the Spring/Summer 2023 collection, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini was inspired by the ethereal and dreamlike vision of iconic Italian photographer Paolo Roversi, particularly his photos taken in the 1990s of Romeo Gigli’s collections.
Romantic and sensual, the collection of the Italian house founded in 1984 gave prominence to femininity as delicate as daring, through second-skin garments, transparency, stripped cuts as well as through the laced and frilled dresses that nodded to the brand’s signature romantic spirit.
