Pharrell Williams, renowned musician and producer, and Adidas are no strangers to successful collaborations. This time, they have joined forces with Williams’ product company, Humanrace, to create a refreshing take on the classic Adidas Samba.
With the aptly named “Colors” collection, fans can expect a diverse range of colorways to suit every taste and style.
In an Instagram announcement, it was revealed that the Humanrace x Adidas Samba sneakers will be available in a variety of tonal make-ups, including yellow, orange, pink, lilac, red, charcoal, white and terracotta. A unique green colorway will be exclusively available for friends and family members of Williams, making it a coveted collector’s item.
Crafted with premium ECCO-sourced leather for both the upper and shoelaces, the Humanrace x Adidas Samba ensures exceptional quality and a comfortable fit. The extended tongue serves as a tribute to the silhouette’s football heritage, while the semi-translucent outsole completes the stylish look.
According to Williams’ Instagram post, the red, pink, lilac, and orange colorways will make their debut at the Something in the Water music festival in Virginia. This special pre-release will occur before the global launch on May 6th, when the sneakers will be available at humanrace.com, the Adidas Confirmed app, and select retailers. Priced at $200, these limited-edition sneakers are a must-have for sneaker enthusiasts and fans of Pharrell alike.
As for the charcoal, terracotta and white make-ups, Williams has assured fans that these will be released at a later date.
