In Gucci‘s latest Spring/Summer 2025 campaign, British talent George MacKay and American star Yara Shahidi bring a new energy to the legendary Italian house. Under the masterful direction of Xavier Dolan, the campaign captures sunlight playing across luxurious fabrics and surfaces, creating an atmosphere of natural sophistication.
The campaign signals a significant shift from previous seasons, abandoning studio-bound minimalism for location-based authenticity. MacKay and Shahidi move naturally through sun-drenched spaces, their wardrobes showcasing the collection’s rich textures and bold color palette.
Hairstylist Jawara created effortlessly elegant looks, while make-up artist Aaron de Mey maintained a fresh-faced radiance that complemented the campaign’s natural lighting. Art director Riccardo Zanola and stylist Francesca Burns collaborated to create compositions that highlight the collection’s sophisticated interplay of materials and hues.
