British heritage shoemaker Grenson has teamed up with acclaimed menswear designer Craig Green to put a bold new spin on the timeless Oxford brogue. Launching on December 5th, the limited-edition Grenson Craig Green collaboration transforms the classic silhouette with eye-catching hardware such as metal clips, studs and poppers for an edgy, contemporary look.
Handcrafted at Grenson’s Northamptonshire factory, the shoes showcase the brand’s nearly 160 years of shoemaking expertise and feature premium Bookbinder leather with meticulous stitching, punching and gimping details.
“Craig is possibly the UK’s most respected menswear designer over the last decade and we are very proud to have worked with him for most of that time,” said Tim Little, Grenson’s Creative director and CEO.
Green, who was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2021 for his contributions to fashion, drew inspiration from Grenson’s rich history. “Working with Grenson over the past decade has been an absolute privilege. Their consistent dedication to craftsmanship and innovation continues to inspire me,” said the designer.
The redesigned Oxfords are available in polished black and chocolate brown Bookbinder leather.
The striking shoes made their runway debut at Craig Green’s Spring/Summer 2025 show. Priced at $890 USD, the collaboration will be available in men’s and women’s sizes at Grenson stores and online at grenson.com.
