Giorgio Armani Neve will make a splash in Chengdu, China, from November 14th to 27th. A pop-up installation designed to resemble a contemporary mountain chalet made of transparent glass will be set up in the Taikoo Li shopping mall. Accents of dark wood and light gold-toned metal will adorn the space, while large windows will provide a glimpse of the design inside, reflecting the overarching theme of the collection.
For the full Armani experience, high-end restaurants in the upscale locations of St. Moritz and Megève are gearing up with a bespoke ambiance. Bespoke furniture and table artistry will set the scene. Attendees can expect to be served sumptuous cocktails and Armani/Dolci chocolates by staff in bespoke uniforms, all to the backdrop of a vibrant DJ set that promises to set the mood for the seasonal festivities.
Event dates are as follows:
- Alpina Hutte, St. Moritz – December 1st to April 1st, 2024
- L’Ideal 1850, Megève – December 22nd to March 24th, 2024
The women’s collection for the season is a testament to Giorgio Armani‘s dedication to elegance and functionality. The offerings are a contemporary take on winterwear, with quilting adding a playful twist to jackets and the soft embrace of mini shearling capes and knit blousons. Colors range from icy light blues to sandy tones, with dashes of soft pink for a touch of warmth. Men are not left out as the collection features down jackets and wrap-around capes in technical cashmere alongside knit sweaters and wool garments. The color palette remains true to masculine tones of black and asphalt, with bold red highlights making a confident statement.
But Giorgio Armani Neve isn’t just about fashion; it’s about a greater purpose. On the occasion of the launch of the Giorgio Armani Neve collection, the Group is renewing its partnership with the One Ocean Foundation, an Italian non-profit organization that works internationally to protect the marine environment. The aim is to raise awareness of the link between mountain and marine ecosystems. The melting of glaciers, exacerbated by climate change, threatens to release persistent organic pollutants accumulated in the ice, threatening the health of the oceans and humanity. The Armani Group actively supports the educational initiatives and research projects of the One Ocean Foundation to address these environmental challenges.
