Legendary Italian fashion house Emilio Pucci has chosen the enchanting port city of Portofino to present its Spring/Summer 2025 collection on April 4th, 2025. The announcement positions the brand among the luxury powerhouses choosing scenic Italian locations for their upcoming presentations.
Under the creative direction of Camille Miceli, who successfully revived Pucci’s iconic “Marmo” print in 2021, the upcoming show is expected to feature the marble-like motif prominently throughout the collection.
In a statement, the label said, “Pucci embraces its glamorous yet laid-back seaside spirit, with the brand’s heritage basking in the springtime sun.” The choice of Portofino, a picturesque village celebrated for its vibrant facades, stunning harbor views and enduring charm, perfectly aligns with the brand’s ethos of the Mediterranean dolce vita.
Emilio Pucci’s announcement adds to Italy’s growing prominence as a prime destination for major fashion events in 2025.
Other luxury brands such as Chanel will kick off the Cruise 2026 season with a show on Lake Como on April 29th, Gucci will be in Florence on May 15th, and Dior will travel to Rome for its May 27th show. Max Mara is planning a two-day Resort 2026 experience, including a runway show, in Naples on June 16th and 17th.
Miceli’s first runway show for Emilio Pucci, unveiled in Florence last May, successfully injected new energy into the brand’s legacy. A resort-focused brand under the control of luxury giant LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton since 2000, Emilio Pucci unveils collections on a see-now, buy-now basis, with each unveiling consisting of multiple drops.
