Fashion and technology merge seamlessly in the latest collaboration between Italian luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana and technology giant Razer.
Italian luxury meets gaming innovation in this groundbreaking collaboration. Dolce & Gabbana has teamed up with Razer, a leader in gaming technology, to create a limited-edition collection that combines the best of both worlds. This isn’t their first foray into this arena, following their gooDGame project with esports giant Mkers, which resulted in a gamer-focused clothing line and an eight-part web series.
The Dolce & Gabbana and Razer capsule collection is a blend of high fashion and gaming aesthetics. It includes apparel like t-shirts and hoodies, as well as gaming gear like headsets and chairs. The collection features the signature colors of both brands – fluorescent green and gold – symbolizing a fusion of their respective identities.
Davide Sgherri, Dolce & Gabbana’s Head of New Media Communications, expressed his excitement about the collaboration. “By seamlessly blending gaming’s dynamic energy with Dolce & Gabbana’s iconic style, we have crafted a collection that transcends traditional fashion boundaries,” he said.
To enhance the exclusivity of the collection, only 1,337 pieces were produced and are available through Dolce & Gabbana’s online store for apparel and Razer’s e-commerce site for accessories.
The Razer x Dolce Gabbana launch event, which took place in Las Vegas on October 21st, was an important step in building awareness and hype for the collection.

The apparel portion of the collection includes two t-shirts in Razer’s signature black and apple green, a hoodie and cargo pants. In terms of accessories, there’s the Enki Pro chair, adorned with the Italian brand’s monogram and a gold-plated D&G logo, priced at €3,399, and a gold-plated Barracuda headset, available for €669.99.
Dolce & Gabbana isn’t alone in its venture into the gaming world. Other luxury brands such as Lamborghini and Gucci have also ventured into the field. Lamborghini has collaborated with Secretlab on gaming chairs, and Gucci has even taken the initiative to create its own gaming school, the Gucci Gaming Academy, which aims to train and support the next generation of talent in the industry. These collaborations reflect the efforts of luxury brands to modernize their image and appeal to a younger, more digitally savvy consumer base.
Razer, often compared to the Apple of the gaming world, was founded in 2005 by American Robert Krakoff and Singaporean Min-Liang Tan. The company offers a comprehensive line of gaming essentials, from keyboards and mice to headsets and chairs, virtual reality gear and high-end laptops. This partnership with Dolce & Gabbana is a significant step in the bridging of the luxury fashion and gaming industries, and promises to be an exciting development for enthusiasts in both worlds.
