Paralympic cyclist Marie Patouillet has completed an extraordinary journey by becoming not only the fifth athlete sponsored by the luxury group LVMH, but also the brand ambassador of Dior, the group’s prestigious fashion house. This powerful collaboration was announced just ahead of the highly anticipated Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Patouillet, a 35-year-old French athlete and family doctor, embodies the values of creativity, commitment and excellence that Dior holds dear, according to the brand.
Born with a foot and ankle disorder, she never let limitations define her and instead channeled her love of sports into different disciplines, eventually finding her calling in cycling after her medical studies.

Her impressive career includes five track world titles, a world title at the 2022 Road World Championships and two Paralympic bronze medals in Tokyo. In 2017, she made history by competing in a stage of the Tour de France. Now she has her sights set on the ultimate prize: gold at the Paris Games in 2024.
Patouillet‘s pursuit of excellence extends beyond the bike. An outspoken advocate for inclusivity, she actively fights sexism and homophobia in sports to break down barriers and create a more level playing field for all.
By joining forces with LVMH and Dior, Patouillet joins a prestigious list of athletes sponsored by the group, including wheelchair tennis player Pauline Déroulède and gymnast Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos. As a Premium Partner of the Paris 2024 Games, LVMH is extending its financial support and the unique opportunity to work with its prestigious brands to a select group of Olympic and Paralympic hopefuls.
