Diesel’s latest Fall/Winter 2024 campaign, “Break the Box,” pushes boundaries and challenges perceptions in the fashion world. The innovative campaign, a collaboration between Creative director Glenn Martens and art director Christopher Simmonds, explores themes of voyeurism and exhibitionism through a unique lens.
Photographer Paul Kooiker captures the essence of the campaign by focusing on a woman in a mundane office setting who becomes fascinated by a diverse group of models on a television screen. Representing different ages, races and genders, the models come to life against cardboard backdrops, dancing and posing to pulsating techno beats.

The Fall/Winter 2024 collection showcases Diesel‘s signature style with unexpected twists. Soft tailoring in dark, coated denim creates a minimalist aesthetic, while acid rain prints and oversized faux furs embody a sense of liberation. The line also features burnt-out devoré denim, Diesel underwear and vibrant distressed pop prints that exude a hedonistic appeal.
Accessories play a key role in the campaign, with the introduction of a leopard-print pony hair Play bag and the D-Sruptor watch with an iridescent green crystal face. Metallic mirror wraparound sunglasses, created in collaboration with Essilor Luxottica, add a futuristic touch to the collection.
The “Break the Box” campaign serves as a commentary on the tension between appearances and inner realities, reminding us that things are not always what they seem. Diesel continues to push the boundaries, encouraging individuals to embrace their unique identities and break free from societal constraints.
