Tommy Hilfiger has recently made a striking addition to the brand’s roster of ambassadors. British actor Damson Idris joins Tommy Hilfiger as the brand’s new menswear ambassador.
Idris’ appointment was announced during the exciting Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, where he appeared alongside Hilfiger. The British actor, who is currently filming an untitled Formula 1 movie directed by Joseph Kosinski and starring Brad Pitt, brings a fresh, dynamic energy to the brand. The collaboration is particularly symbolic as Hilfiger is sponsoring the film and the designer’s logo is prominently featured on one of the race cars.
The actor expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting the shared passion for motorsports and style he shares with Hilfiger. “Tommy Hilfiger is a true gentleman and icon of American fashion,” said Idris. “Our passion for motorsport is mirrored in our attitude to style. I believe by working together in the space between fashion and entertainment we can set a new standard in contemporary partnerships, creating iconic moments on the track and beyond.”
