The latest offering from Converse, the square-toed Converse Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared, is embellished with Swarovski crystals.
The Chuck Taylor All Star has been embraced by athletes, musicians, artists and visionaries for over a century. Its iconic features, including the canvas upper, All Star badge, signature rubber toe cap and striped sole, have made it universally recognized and beloved.
Converse’s journey over the past five years is a testament to its commitment to innovation and bold expression. The brand has continually experimented with new forms of expression for the bold risk-taker. Their latest venture, the Converse Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared, is a fresh take on the classic rubber toe cap, introducing a square, angular proportion that offers a new dimension of expression. With nuanced stitching details and a redesigned octagonal Chuck patch, the sneaker retains the essence of the Chuck Taylor DNA while presenting a new silhouette.

Joining the De Luxe family that includes the Chuck 70 De Luxe Heel and the Chuck 70 De Luxe Wedge, the De Luxe Squared debuts in classic colorways. What sets it apart, however, is the incorporation of Swarovski crystals, a name that has symbolized innovation and captivating creations for over 125 years. Like Converse, Swarovski is deeply rooted in culture and offers endless possibilities for expression. Each pair of De Luxe Squared is embellished with over 1,300 Swarovski crystals, creating a brilliant silhouette with a juxtaposition of crystals of varying sizes.
The Converse Chuck 70 De Luxe Squared and the Converse De Luxe Squared with Swarovski Crystals are scheduled to launch on February 1st, 2024 and will be available at converse.com and select retailers. Complementing the trio of De Luxe silhouettes, the De Luxe Wedge and De Luxe Heel are already available, continuing the brand’s legacy of blending heritage with modern flair.
