Chanel has announced that Lake Como, Italy will be the backdrop for its Cruise 2026 (Resort 2026) collection show. The iconic French fashion house will showcase its latest creations against the backdrop of the picturesque Italian landscape on April 29th, with details of the venue remaining under wraps.
Lake Como has previously hosted high-profile events such as Dior‘s recent high jewelry presentation at Villa Erba and Rhude’s menswear showcase at Villa D’Este.
This decision marks Chanel’s return to Italy after the unfortunate cancellation of its planned 2020 Capri show due to the COVID pandemic. The brand’s most recent Cruise 2025 show was held in Marseille, France.
In a statement, Chanel said: “More than an invitation to travel, the Chanel cruise show is an encounter with the energy and singularity of a destination whose inspirational art de vivre makes the whole world dream.”
