Chanel unveiled its Fall/Winter 2020 campaign, presenting a series of elegant black and white images captured backstage. Shot by photographic duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin during Chanel’s ready-to-wear show this March, it reminded us of a time before social distancing.

The campaign star models Adut Akech, Vittoria Ceretti, Abby Champion, He Cong, Kaia Gerber, Jill Kortleve, Lineisy Montero Feliz, Evelyn Nagy, Nike Praesto Nordström, Vivienne Rohner, Rianne van Rompaey and Fran Summers.
For this season, designs included velvet jackets, tweed coats, pinstripe prints, and button-embellished separates. Chic yet simple, these images showcased pieces as well as models’ striking features.
