Ashley Park, best known for her role as Mindy Chen in the hit Netflix series “Emily in Paris,” has been named Dior‘s ambassador for fashion and beauty.
At the recent Rome premiere of “Emily in Paris” Season 4, Part 2, the Tony- and Grammy-nominated actress showcased her affinity for the Dior aesthetic, wearing a striking black embroidered dress from the Pre-Fall 2024 collection with elegant fringe detailing and globe accents. Her connection to Dior deepened when she attended the Spring/Summer 2025 ready-to-wear show.
She holds a BFA in Musical Theater from the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theater and Dance.
Beyond her breakout role in “Emily in Paris,” Park has established herself as a formidable talent across multiple entertainment platforms. Her Broadway credentials include creating the role of Gretchen Wieners in the musical “Mean Girls,” which earned her a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a Featured Role.

Park has continued to break barriers throughout her career. She made history as the first Asian-American actress to be nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a comedy series at the Critics’ Choice Awards for her work in “Emily in Paris.” Her impressive theatrical resume also includes roles in the revival of “The King and I” and the off-Broadway production of “KPop.”
Her screen presence extends beyond “Emily in Paris” with notable appearances in Adele Lim’s “Joy Ride” and recurring roles in acclaimed series such as “Beef” and “Only Murders in the Building.”
With this ambassadorship, Park joins a talented group of Dior ambassadors including Charlize Theron, Natalie Portman, Alexandra Daddario, Rachel Zegler, Anna Sawai, Dilraba Dilmrat, Anya Taylor-Joy, Blackpink’s Jisoo, Robert Pattinson, Caleb McLaughlin and Jenna Ortega.
