The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024 made a triumphant return after a six-year hiatus, captivating audiences with a spectacular display of fashion, beauty and inclusivity at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The star-studded lineup included a mix of legendary Angels and up-and-coming supermodels, including sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid, Vittoria Ceretti, Joan Smalls, Irina Shayk, Anok Yai, Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, and more. But it was the surprise appearance of Kate Moss, making her Victoria’s Secret debut at the age of 50, that really stole the show. Fashion icons Carla Bruni, Tyra Banks and Eva Herzigova also graced the runway, adding to the diverse representation of beauty across generations.
In a bold move towards inclusivity, the show featured plus-size models such as Paloma Elsesser, Devyn Garcia and Ashley Graham, or transgender models Valentina Sampaio and Alex Consani, signaling a departure from the brand’s previous narrow beauty standards. This shift resonated with the audience and demonstrated Victoria’s Secret’s commitment to embracing all forms of beauty.
The event was further elevated by electrifying performances from music superstars. K-pop sensation Lisa of Blackpink, rising star Tyla and the legendary Cher entertained the crowd and added to the vibrant atmosphere of the show.
For the first time, Victoria’s Secret livestreamed the event across its social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, allowing fans around the world to experience the glamour in real time.
The new collection unveiled during the show brought modern elegance with refined fabrics, sophisticated silhouettes and bold designs. Each piece seamlessly blended classic elements with contemporary trends, resulting in a visually stunning array of lingerie and fashion.
