Following their first collaboration unveiled at Shanghai Fashion Week, adidas Originals and Edison Chen are excited to announce their first global footwear launch: the CLOT Superstar by Edison Chen. This collaboration aims to merge the different legacies of these iconic entities, marking a new chapter that aims to transform creative innovation and cultural interaction.

The CLOT Superstar by Edison Chen was unveiled during Shanghai Fashion Week, where Chen demonstrated his unique vision and creativity. This new take on the classic adidas Originals silhouette encourages self-expression and authenticity. Representing Chen’s artistic journey, the shoe symbolizes the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures and exudes a natural and carefree aura throughout the campaign.

The launch introduces a classic aesthetic with sophisticated detailing and craftsmanship, evident in the shoe’s signature shell toe, now reimagined with hand-stitched ridges in premium leather. The design is further enhanced with updates to the midsole and outsole, including a distinctive ripple pattern, a visible EVA wedge and a sleek leather welt. Available in white with black contrast stitching and logo details, the CLOT Superstar by Edison Chen redefines traditional elegance.

To coincide with the global release, adidas Originals and Edison Chen have unveiled an accompanying campaign that invites everyone to explore the House of Edison Chen, a place where style comes effortlessly, heritage is respected, connections are essential and innovation is celebrated. The campaign film moves from street scenes to a speakeasy lounge, introducing its stars – Jung Woo, Chris Severn, Joyce Wrice, Brent Faiyaz and DPR Ian – as hosts of an extraordinary night, with Edison Chen himself guiding the viewer through this immersive experience, uniting diverse yet culturally connected individuals.

The CLOT Superstar by Edison Chen is for those who value originality in their cultural journey around the world. The sneaker is available now at select JUICE retail locations, online at adidas.com/edisonchen and juicestore.com, and via the CONFIRMED app for $200 USD.
