The magazine calls upon photographer Peter Lindbergh and enlists three top models Vittoria Ceretti, Birgit Kos and Luna Bijl for the occasion. Captured on location during a gloomy day in Deauville (France), the beach setting makes a stunning backdrop for the three melancholy covers.
In the cover story named ‘’Hommage à Karl’’, editor-in-chief Christiane Arp dresses the girls in Karl’s designs for Chanel and Fendi. Hair styling is work of Odile Gilbert with make-up from beauty artist Stéphane Marais.
