Boucheron is delighted to announce the addition of acclaimed actor Pierre Niney as a Friend of the Maison. This collaboration between Boucheron and the talented French actor is a natural fit, as both parties share a passion for creativity and bold self-expression.
Born on March 13th, 1989, Pierre Niney discovered his love for acting at an early age. His talent was quickly recognized by his teachers, who sent him to the prestigious Cours Florent and the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique. At the age of 21, Niney became the youngest resident member of the Comédie Française, making his debut in “Un Chapeau de Paille d’Italie” (The Italian Straw Hat).
Throughout his career, Niney has demonstrated his versatility as an actor, taking on roles in a variety of genres and formats. From the innocent young man in “20 Ans d’Écart” (It Boy) to the brave fireman in “Sauver ou Périr” (Through the Fire), from the manipulated schemer in “Mascarade” (Masquerade) to the whistleblower in “Boîte Noire” (Black Box), Niney’s performances are always convincing. His instinctive approach to acting has led him to collaborate with directors on atypical productions such as François Ozon’s “Frantz“. In 2015, Niney’s portrayal of Yves Saint Laurent in Jalil Lespert’s biopic earned him the César Award for Best Actor.

Hélène Poulit-Duquesne, CEO of Boucheron, was delighted to welcome Pierre Niney as a Friend of the Maison: “It’s a pleasure to be associated with such a versatile actor, who’s not afraid to venture off the beaten track. We ourselves are used to pushing the boundaries and disrupting the codes of High Jewelry. This willingness to take risks is something we have in common.”
Pierre Niney shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration, saying, “I’m deeply honored to count myself among the Friends of Boucheron and be associated with a jeweler that places such a high value on creativity and fearless individuality. I look forward very much to being part of the next chapter in this French Maison’s story.”
As part of the partnership, Boucheron will work closely with Niney on his promotional activities throughout 2024.
