OTW by Vans has announced a renewed collaboration with HommeGirls, the influential menswear-inspired magazine and brand founded by Thakoon Panichgul. This second capsule collection builds on their October 2024 debut with fresh takes on classic silhouettes.
At the heart of this collaboration is the iconic Authentic 44 sneaker, now available in two distinctive checkerboard variations. The first offers a sophisticated tonal approach, while the second features a military green colorway. Both versions feature high-density canvas uppers with oversized “HG” monograms cleverly integrated into the print and heel scab, accompanied by custom HommeGirls-branded laces.
“The second drop of OTW by Vans x HommeGirls continues the play on the checkerboard motif, but this time in a patchwork effect – from using stripe shirting mixed with white cotton poplin to a workwear-meets-military canvas patchwork jacket. All the elements that are tried and true HommeGirls, and nodding to the originality of Vans OTW,” explains Thakoon Panichgul.

Beyond footwear, the apparel collection includes a ready-to-wear selection that leans into utility with a Reversible Workwear Jacket, Patchwork Boxers, and Structured Crop Shirts. Each garment draws inspiration from traditional workwear codes while refining them with a modern, feminine perspective.
The campaign images, shot by Justin Leveritt in New York City and styled by Marcus Cuffie, feature Vans Skate Team Rider Efron Danzig alongside models Dede Mansro and Alice McNally.
Ranging in price from $18 USD to $200 USD for apparel and $130 USD for footwear, the collection will be available online and at select retailers beginning April 24th.
