A harmonious blend of mesh, leather and suede, the New Balance 2002R ”Chocolate” is as versatile as it is stylish, catering to those who have a passion for quality sneakers.
New Balance has officially named this pair “Chocolate” and it is the third brown-centric 2002R model to be introduced recently. This release follows a collaboration with Shoe Palace and a monochromatic mainline colorway, both of which featured similar deep browns. The intricate details of this sneaker, however, set it apart.
The upper and midsole are draped in chocolate tones for a warm, inviting look. Bronze accents adorn the heel, iconic New Balance logo and midsole for a touch of sophistication. Meanwhile, royal blue accents on the tongue and midsole provide a subtle yet striking contrast. Together, these thoughtful design elements enhance the tech-runner aesthetic of the 2002R.
New Balance has used a variety of materials to bring this sneaker to life. The combination of mesh, leather and suede not only provides visual depth, but also ensures durability and comfort.
Expected to hit stores in Fall 2024, the New Balance 2002R ”Chocolate” will retail for $145 USD in men’s size.
