Men’s fashion is undergoing a remarkable transformation, particularly in the realm of underwear, where comfort and style now reign supreme. At the center of this shift is Neude, a brand founded by Christopher Glance and Eric Niemand. Neude prioritizes inclusivity in its product offerings. Their designs focus on providing comfort, support, and style for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This approach makes Neude a popular choice within the LGBTQIA+ community.
The Neude launch will take place at The Webster during Art Basel Miami Beach. This event also marks the debut of Neude Paper, their biannual magazine celebrating artistic collaborations. The inaugural issue, featuring the work of renowned photographer Steven Klein, encapsulates the brand’s ethos with its edgy and expressive imagery.

Eric Niemand, co-founder of Neude, shares his vision: “The inspiration for creating Neude stemmed from my observation of the limited options for men’s basic underwear and the absence of flattering men’s underwear in the market. As a fashion stylist, I noticed the lack of stylish and comfortable options in men’s underwear, particularly in the realm of basic and athleticwear. This led to the desire to create a line that would cater to men seeking both style and comfort in their undergarments, with a specific focus on jockstraps that could seamlessly transition from the office to the gym.”
Neude’s collection is centered around the jockstrap, reimagined for both style and comfort. Their signature piece, the Jock Brief, masterfully blends the support of a jockstrap with the coverage of a briefs. The range also includes a classic sports brief with a modern twist and 2-inch and 4-inch (5 and 10 cm) trunks, all designed to provide unrivalled comfort and support.
Available in classic black and white, these innovative designs are priced around $60 USD and can be purchased directly from the Neude website.
