Emanuele Farneti, Vogue Italia’s editor in chief, acknowledges that Deva is 16, which does break the Conde Nast rule of age 18. AOC has passed on sharing other editorial work by Deva over that rule. Kaia Gerber was probably under 18 when she first appeared in Vogue also with mother Cindy Crawford.
The 16-year-old Deva introduces this issue that is entirely dedicated to her age. This is a journey of emotions, those brightly coloured feelings that only a certain moment of life can offer: a sense of restlessness mixed with the infinite possibilities of a time when, all things considered, everything has yet to begin.
