Italian fashion house Max Mara has unveiled plans for an extraordinary Resort 2026 (Cruise 2026) presentation in Naples on June 16th and 17th, continuing its tradition of presenting collections in iconic Italian locations while celebrating the brand’s cultural heritage. The event will coincide with the opening day of the international men’s fashion trade show Pitti Uomo in Florence from June 17th to 20th.
In 2021, Max Mara chose the serene island of Ischia to host the Resort 2022 collection at the Mezzatorre Hotel. This venue, overlooking the Gulf of Naples, offered breathtaking views and a sense of timeless elegance.
Last year’s Resort 2025 show was another grand affair, held within the walls of Venice’s Palazzo Ducale. This masterpiece of Gothic architecture in Piazza San Marco provided a majestic setting.
Since 2015, Max Mara has taken its pre-collections to fashion capitals such as New York, London, Berlin, Shanghai and Reggio Emilia, where the company is headquartered.
Max Mara‘s choice of Naples follows other luxury brands who have chosen Italian locations for their Resort (Cruise) collections. Chanel has chosen Lake Como for its upcoming Cruise 2026 show on April 29th, while Gucci will present in Florence on May 15th, establishing Italy as the season’s top fashion destination.
