Kenzo, under the creative direction of Nigo, teams up with talented Japanese graphic artist Verdy for an electrifying Spring/Summer 2024 collection. Presented at the recent Paris Men’s Fashion Week, this collaboration marks a significant milestone in fashion, fusing Eastern and Western aesthetics in a bold new way.
Kenzo’s Artistic director Nigo and Verdy, a revered figure in the graphic arts, have created a collection that speaks volumes about cultural fusion. Known for his vibrant work inspired by youth culture, Verdy brings a fresh wave of creativity to Kenzo’s legacy. His designs, which often reflect skateboarding, hip-hop and manga influences, bring a unique East-meets-West vibe to the collection.
The Kenzo x Verdy lineup features an exciting array of apparel and accessories that incorporate Verdy’s distinctive typography. Expect to see his artistic touch on a variety of fabrics such as denim, leather and knits, infusing traditional styles with a modern twist. The collection’s typography features phrases such as ‘Kenzo‘, ‘Kenzo Paris‘ and ‘18 Rue Vivienne‘, making each piece a statement in its own right.
