American tennis star Coco Gauff trades her signature on-court look for high fashion in the April 2024 issue of Vogue US. The 19-year-old, who made history last September as one of the youngest American women to win the U.S. Open, shines in a sequined Michael Kors dress and Ana Khouri earrings for the cover shot by photographer Annie Leibovitz.
Inside, Gauff showcases designs from top fashion houses including Dior, Sacai, Gucci, Altuzarra, Miu Miu and Chanel, styled by Tabitha Simmons. Lacy Redway and Raisa Flowers complete the glamorous look with their hair and make-up artistry.
In the accompanying interview, Gauff discusses her perfectionist nature, stating, “I’m trying to do more of, you know, accepting the good shots. And giving myself as much of a compliment as I do a critique.” The young star also opens up about her addiction to the feeling of victory and her determination to chase that high throughout her career.
