Zendaya and artist Simone Yvette Leigh came together to create a new vision of black womanhood for Garage Magazine’s Fall/Winter 2019 issue. The cover story was captured by photographer Ryan McGinley and styled by Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. In charge of hair styling was Marty Harper with make-up from beauty artist Raisa Flowers.
