American photographer Ryan McGinley took self-portraits for the cover story of L’Uomo Vogue’s May 2020 issue (and chose Grimes as his counterpart for the Vogue Italia’s twin story).
In charge of styling was Patti Wilson, who for the session selected looks from the likes of Bottega Veneta, Les Hommes, Frankie Morello, Salvatore Ferragamo, Botte, Acne Studios and more.
