After Gucci, The North Face, or Burberry, it’s Moschino’s turn to unveil its capsule collection for the Lunar New Year 2023 “Year of the Rabbit“.
Jeremy Scott, the creative director of the Milanese brand, recruited the mischievous anthropomorphic gray rabbit Bugs Bunny, one of the most iconic characters of the Looney Tunes universe, to carry his unisex collection loud and clear.
The 23-piece collection features some of the brand’s classics like its iconic Biker Bag and must-have knit t-shirts and cardigans, in a palette of strong contrasts, with the prankster bunny at the center of the inspiration.
When the eternally smiling character, with its inseparable carrot in hand, is not on the front of t-shirts or on the back of a leather biker jacket, it lends its features to a handbag that takes the shape of its face or its ears to the Biker Bag for a definitely playful and extravagant touch that Moschino is known for.
There’s also another colorful heart-shaped shoulder bag with the jolly Bugs Bunny in the center, or a white Moschino logo tote bag with a Bug Bunny popping out of a magician’s hat.
