At the Garage Amelot in Paris, Ann Demeulemeester continues its foray into the archives, drawing on its heritage and with a palette reduced to just two colors: black and white.
This third collection by a new artistic direction imagines elongated silhouettes, between the dark romanticism of a poetic and ethereal line, faithful to the aesthetics of the label founded in 1985, and functional comfort.
Sometimes tight, light and fluid, sometimes wider and cut in thick and opaque materials, the silhouettes are all proposed with thin ribbons that hang down the body, pushing even further the long and slender aesthetic of the brand.
