The Oris x RedBar Divers Limited Edition II is a breath of fresh air. Released at the conclusion of RedBar’s 2025 Global Meetup on October 17th, this 39 mm watch honors the nearly two-decade-long relationship between Oris and the watch-collecting community.
Limited to just 250 numbered pieces, this collaboration marks the second time Oris and RedBar have joined forces, following their celebrated partnership in 2018.

RedBar began simply enough in 2007, when Adam Craniotes and Dr. Jeffrey Jacques decided to meet at a bar to talk watches. Those casual conversations between two collectors transformed into a global phenomenon with chapters across multiple continents. Today, RedBar brings together thousands of enthusiasts who share a genuine passion for timepieces and community.
The partnership between Oris and RedBar runs deeper than typical brand collaborations. Both organizations prioritize accessibility and genuine connection over exclusivity. According to Rolf Studer, Oris’s co-CEO, “RedBar and Oris have enjoyed a long-standing friendship born out of our shared values of inclusiveness and approachability. This inclusive spirit brings out the very best aspects of our watch community at RedBar meetups all across the world.”

The Oris x RedBar Divers Limited Edition II features a 39mm stainless steel case that makes it suitable for a wide range of wrist sizes. The watch sits comfortably between vintage proportions and contemporary expectations. At 39 mm, it strikes the perfect balance between wearability and presence.
The unidirectional bezel features a ceramic minute scale that offers durability and refined aesthetics. A domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on the interior protects the dial. The watch is water resistant up to 200 meters, suitable for serious aquatic adventures, though few will test those limits.

The red fumé dial immediately distinguishes this watch from standard production models. This color choice clearly references RedBar’s signature branding, creating visual interest that shifts under changing light conditions. Fumé dials have become increasingly popular among collectors who appreciate their subtle complexity.
Super-LumiNova coats the indices and hands to ensure legibility in low-light conditions. The screw-down crown maintains water resistance, and the caseback features a special Oris x RedBar engraving that commemorates the collaboration.

Inside, the Oris 733 automatic movement handles timekeeping duties. Based on Sellita architecture, this caliber offers proven reliability and easy servicing. It provides 41 hours of power reserve, as well as central hours, minutes, and seconds, along with a stop-seconds function for precise time setting.
While some might prefer Oris’s in-house caliber 400, the Sellita-based movement serves the watch well at this price point. The 733 can be serviced at most competent watchmakers worldwide, eliminating concerns about finding specialized technicians.
Oris includes both a black rubber strap and a stainless steel bracelet with the watch. This thoughtful addition provides versatility without the need for separate purchases. The rubber strap emphasizes the tool-watch character, while the bracelet has a slightly dressier look.

The interhorn width measures 19 mm, which is standard for this case size. Both straps attach via traditional spring bars, a proven technology that remains serviceable and reliable.
Kathleen McGivney, CEO of RedBar Group, emphasized the significance of the relationship: “Oris and RedBar have a long history together, based on our mutual love and appreciation for the community that has grown through our passion for watch collecting. Our first collaboration in 2018 resulted from the deep friendship between RedBar and Oris. We launched it in conjunction with our first Global Meetup, which brought community members from multiple local and regional RedBar chapters together for the first time. This latest collaboration is a tribute to the continuing relationship between Oris, RedBar, its members, and everyone who shares our enthusiasm for watches and watch collecting.”

The 2018 Oris x RedBar collaboration featured the Divers Sixty-Five with a bronze bezel and a red-to-black fumé dial. Limited to just 100 pieces, the watch quickly became highly sought after by collectors. The new Divers Limited Edition II builds on that foundation while introducing modern proportions and updated specifications.
The Oris x RedBar Divers Limited Edition II retails for $2,950 USD or 2,550 CHF. Purchase options remain exclusive to Oris.ch, maintaining tight control over distribution. The watch also appeared at the Windup Watch Fair in New York City from October 17th-19th, providing hands-on opportunities for collectors who attended the event.
