The warmth of summer calls for bold colors and lively energy, and Starbucks answers with its latest collaboration with the Brazilian fashion and lifestyle brand FARM Rio. The limited-edition drinkware collection launches May 13th in the U.S. and Canada and showcases five of FARM Rio’s signature prints, turning everyday coffee routines into vibrant moments.
“We hope these unique prints will brighten our customers’ day, adding a burst of color and happiness to their mornings,” said Mariana Flores Rios, Starbucks’ brand and product marketing lead for Latin America and the Caribbean.
The collection features five of FARM Rio’s signature prints, transforming standard coffee vessels into colorful statements inspired by Brazil’s lush landscapes. It includes colorful tumblers and mini cold cup keychains that reflect Brazil’s lush scenery. Following a successful initial partnership in Asia in 2022, this release marks the brands’ first venture together in North America.
What makes this summer collaboration particularly special is how it honors both brands’ core identities. While Starbucks brings its renowned coffee heritage, FARM Rio contributes its distinctive artistic vision, which is rooted in the cultural richness of Rio de Janeiro.
According to Mariana Leal, head of collaborations at FARM Rio, the collection represents Brazilian artistry at its finest: “We believe summer isn’t just a season, it’s a state of mind. This collab with Starbucks is our way of celebrating that vibrant, colorful energy that’s so true to FARM Rio’s spirit.”
The collection will arrive in Brazil and select Latin American markets on May 20th.
