Loro Piana has launched three scented candles that capture the essence of its luxury fabrics. The candles – Mystic Fleece, Cashfur Cloud and Smoky Tweed – are designed to translate the feel of the company’s premium textiles into fragrance.
The collection is inspired by materials such as vicuna, cashfur and fine wool. These candles offer a way to experience the brand’s craftsmanship and textile heritage through the senses.
Mystic Fleece has notes of milky incense, reflecting the rituals of sourcing the rare Vicuña fiber. Cashfur Cloud has fresh scents of cypress and violet that convey the warmth of Cashfur. Smoky Tweed captures an earthy, smoky aroma reminiscent of rain-soaked earth, highlighting the natural qualities of Loro Piana wool.
Each candle uses a pure cotton wick for a clean burn that emits only steam. The wooden containers resemble bales of fiber, honoring the brand’s textile tradition. Each scent is paired with a specific type of wood: mahogany for Mystic Fleece, white maple for Cashfur Cloud and walnut for Smoky Tweed.
