ERL, the cool-kid label helmed by Eli Russell Linnetz, reunites with Levi’s for a second collaboration rich in ’70s nostalgia. The 5-piece capsule features light-wash denim classics reimagined with ERL’s signature California cool.
Linnetz references specific Levi’s garments from the disco era, resulting in a collection that includes a sherpa-lined vest, bootcut jeans, raw-hem overalls, a simple A-line shift dress, and a shoulder bag. Each piece is crafted from faded, light-wash denim with retro details like zig-zag stitching and the iconic two-horse pull graphic.
The vest features a washed-out aesthetic with a shaggy sherpa finish at the bottom, while the overalls maintain a relaxed, baggy leg with pintuck side stripes. The denim tote features a denim-inspired design with five pockets. Throughout the collection, subtle ERL branding adds a touch of luxury.
This collaboration follows a busy period for Linnetz, who recently launched ERL’s first e-commerce site. The designer described it as “a remedy for the inherent disconnect between designers and clothing made for other people.” To celebrate, Linnetz released a line of sunglasses and shoes.

While ERL’s luxury price point may be out of reach for some, the partnership with Levi’s offers fans a more accessible way to incorporate Linnetz’s playful, sun-kissed aesthetic into their wardrobes. As warmer weather approaches, this collection brings the laid-back California vibe to the forefront of fashion.
The second ERL x Levi’s collaboration is now available online at Levi’s.
