The legendary Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France, a long-standing symbol of luxury and sophistication, is set to welcome a brand new Dior spa on April 14th. This highly anticipated opening is the latest chapter in the enduring relationship between Dior and Eden-Roc, blending the allure of the Côte d’Azur with the elegance of the iconic fashion house.
The Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc has been a significant presence in Dior’s history, with the brand shooting numerous campaigns at the picturesque location and even naming a perfume “Eden-Roc” as part of its exclusive La Collection Privée Christian Dior range. The new spa promises to captivate guests with its captivating design, inspired by the natural beauty and luminous light of the Côte d’Azur.
Nestled among the hotel’s nine-hectare park filled with umbrella pines, lavender, roses, and jasmine, the Dior spa boasts a serene atmosphere with its elegant lounge adorned in sandy hues, reminiscent of the surrounding rocks. Four garden treatment rooms, including a double room within a former gazebo, showcase Dior’s signature Toile de Jouy print, while other rooms feature sage green and white accents accented with bayadère stripes.
The spa offers an array of exclusive treatments, including a unique onyx affusion room for hydrotherapy sessions and an ice fountain for post-sauna or hamam cool-downs to invigorate circulation. An Iyashi dome provides guests with infratherapy treatments for slimming and detoxing purposes.
Dior has crafted four customizable signature treatments for this spa, drawing inspiration from the rock, sea, garden, and sun. The two-hour Rituel Escale à Eden-Roc, for instance, is designed to rebalance and harmonize energies through a massage with semiprecious stones tailored to individual needs. Another standout is the 90-minute Rituel Roc Affusion, which employs a customized dance of water jets for draining and muscular benefits.
In collaboration with Hydrafacial, Dior has also developed a 90-minute facial protocol, featuring a deep cleanse and exfoliation followed by a tailor-made treatment. For an immersive, multi-day experience, guests can indulge in one of six exclusive well-being cures, or “Bouquets“, combining manual and high-tech treatments, a sports session, and consultations with well-being and nutrition experts.
The iconic Eden-Roc has long been a favored destination for numerous celebrities, both past and present, such as Audrey Hepburn, Ernest Hemingway, Pablo Picasso and Elizabeth Taylor. Its proximity to Christian Dior’s former residence, Château de La Colle-Noire, adds to its allure.
